In a Nutshell

Mount Wellington is now a sought after investor suburb and first-time buyers are equally impressed. Mall shopping, motorway access, Newmarket and Mission Bay are all draw cards.

Schooling is decidedly average but that could change as development (Stonefields) and people arrive.

Panmure is still a bit rough and puts off some buyers, but the developers are arriving, in droves. Worth considering cutting a deal with agents but might be an intrepid private sale experience.
