Get LIM Reports and CVs
When homes are advertised without a price how do you know if they are in your budget level? The first thing any prospective buyer should do is to check the home’s Capital Value (CV) to get an idea of the Government’s valuation of the property. That will at least give you some idea of value, albeit a rough one depending upon when the CVs were last calculated.
